Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment.
  • Administer payroll, employee time-off, scheduling, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare employment contracts, salary letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain personnel records, manage HR documents, and update internal databases.
  • Submit and collect documents to and from relevant government offices.
  • Support visa and residence visa applications for employees and their dependents.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, clients, and external partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for internal audits and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local employment laws.
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Awareness and appreciation for cultural differences.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology tools is preferred.
  • Consent to background and reference checks, to the extent permissible by law.
