Description

  • Manage and own the expenses database to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Verify expenses across multiple currencies to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Analyze expense operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Set and maintain global expense management policies and best practices.
  • Liaise with the IT team to keep systems integrated, update settings, and address operational gaps.
  • Manage prepaid card systems, including user setup, card setup, report downloads, invoicing, and card recharges.
  • Review receipts for prepaid card transactions to confirm compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other teams to follow up on rejected or postponed payments and gather missing information.
  • Support the wider team through ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in expense operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operational supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft CoPilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Background in finance or accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with expense management systems such as Zoho and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
