Description

  • Develop and adapt design toolkits into retailer-ready assets, including PDP imagery, e-commerce brand stores, display ads, circulars, emails, shelf blades, and retail media units.
  • Maintain high craft standards by ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and compliance with retailer-specific guidelines.
  • Produce static and lightweight motion or dynamic assets across digital and print formats.
  • Conduct detailed quality control checks for accuracy, sizing, layout, brand alignment, and brief compliance.
  • Review and refine work produced by other designers and provide clear direction and actionable feedback.
  • Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and informal leadership to 1-2 designers.
  • Help foster a collaborative, growth-oriented studio environment focused on consistency, efficiency, and skill development.
  • Work within studio workflows and asset-management systems to deliver files on time and in an organized manner.
  • Partner with internal teams to clarify briefs, interpret feedback, and ensure alignment across markets.
  • Build presentations, mock-ups, and refined slide decks for internal reviews and retailer sell-in meetings.
  • Contribute to early design exploration, visual territory development, or rapid concepting when requested.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design or art direction within CPG, shopper marketing, retail, or e-commerce creative environments.
  • Based in Brazil and available to work remotely.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Strong understanding of, or desire to develop expertise in, U.S. commerce channels and retailer guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert toolkits into multi-channel asset suites with pixel-perfect execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
  • Interest in and knowledge of evolving AI tools and platforms.
  • Experience guiding junior team members and providing constructive design feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating remotely across time zones.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.
