Description

Plan, organize, and coordinate Agile projects from initiation to completion.
Facilitate team workshops and Agile ceremonies, including user story mapping, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify risks proactively and remove obstacles that may slow team progress.
Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering team members.
Apply Project Management best practices across predictive, hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean approaches.
Support project coordination across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.
Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
Working knowledge of predictive/Waterfall and hybrid project management approaches.
Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Experience facilitating workshops such as user story mapping.
Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress.
Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.
English fluency and based in Latin America, with availability to work remotely.

Benefits

Salary range of USD $2,000–$2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
9-month project with the possibility of extension based on client needs.
Independent contractor arrangement through a payroll platform.
Remote work arrangement with the client.
