Description

  • Define and implement the overall QA strategy aligned with business and product goals.
  • Establish, optimize, and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers to promote quality and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, across concurrent projects.
  • Perform risk and impact analysis to adjust testing scope, priorities, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to support smooth delivery.
  • Participate in hands-on testing when needed, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and testing streams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in risk-based testing approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (preferred).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
