Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
  • Own features end-to-end from design and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Build maintainable software with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer value.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
  • Continuously improve code quality and engineering processes as the platform grows.
  • Help shape technical decisions that influence the future of the platform.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
  • Experience with a frontend framework, preferably React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as .NET.
  • Deep expertise in SQL Server or an equivalent database, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable software in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience participating in code reviews and writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Experience with modern technologies such as Azure, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (preferred).
