Description

  • Extract, clean, and analyze performance data across the product and report trends and segment performance to stakeholders.
  • Design, track, and evaluate statistically sound A/B tests end to end to reach clear data-backed conclusions.
  • Diagnose underperforming feeds and segments, identify root causes, and recommend optimizations validated by test results.
  • Research competitor landers, funnels, and structures using spy tools and manual review, then convert findings into testable hypotheses.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated monitors to track live activity and detect anomalies.
  • Investigate performance irregularities, bot activity, synthetic sessions, and other suspicious traffic patterns.
  • Review creatives, landers, and feeds for alignment with Google AdSense policies and escalate compliance risks early.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics or BI experience in a data-driven environment such as performance marketing, e-commerce, or product analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries against large datasets independently.
  • Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a working understanding of statistical significance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn messy data into clear, defensible recommendations.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with comfort operating autonomously as an external partner across time zones.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Exposure to ad monetization, RSOC / AFS, search arbitrage, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid-social traffic channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat is a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Grafana, Looker, Tableau, or Metabase, plus light Python/pandas, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google AdSense policy is a plus.
