Description

  • Design and deliver high-quality, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned to business priorities.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured analytics solutions and intuitive visual experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams on data-driven decisions.
  • Champion data visualization best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead enablement efforts through training, mentorship, and playbooks to expand Tableau adoption.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure robust data models, semantic consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Design, develop, and optimize complex, high-performance Tableau dashboards.
  • Establish best practices and help govern Tableau server architecture.

Requirements

  • Advanced Tableau expertise, including calculated fields, LODs, and performance tuning.
  • Strong data wrangling and integration skills using SQL, Tableau Prep, or Alteryx.
  • Exceptional data visualization and design thinking for clean, intuitive, user-centric dashboards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Tableau environments, including Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, governance, and security.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or enabling internal teams (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a small, challenging, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of individual responsibility.
