Description

  • Lead the development of advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
  • Work on complex modeling tasks and translate them into business-relevant outputs.
  • Drive key AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Turn data into meaningful insights that support critical business decisions.
  • Build and improve model evaluation, experimentation, and performance reporting processes.
  • Work with data pipelines, cloud tools, and MLOps practices to support model delivery.
  • Communicate complex model results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and advanced mathematical/statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks such as GPT, Llama, or diffusion models.
  • Proficiency in Python and data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid experience with model evaluation, experimentation frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud tools, and MLOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Spark (nice to have).
  • Background in optimization models, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs (nice to have).
