Description

  • Analyze business workflows to identify opportunities for data automation and AI-driven process automation.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations.
  • Build ingestion and normalization processes for unreliable or unstructured third-party data sources.
  • Develop LLM- and agent-based solutions for data transformation, validation, testing, and extraction.
  • Containerize data and AI workloads using Docker and deploy them to AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Create prototypes and POCs to validate data and AI workflow ideas quickly.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements and iterate on solutions.
  • Support deployment and integration of data and AI solutions into production systems.
  • Continuously improve data processes through automation and AI-driven approaches.
  • Contribute to data modeling, quality, and observability practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong data engineering background with the ability to design and own solutions end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in Python, Airflow, dbt, and Redshift.
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
  • Experience fetching and normalizing data from non-robust third-party sources.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM/agent-based automation applied to business processes.
  • Practical familiarity with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
  • Experience with RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Cross-functional flexibility to work in light DevOps, backend integration, and basic frontend tasks when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and proactive approach to identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving improvements.
  • Product thinking with experience collaborating with business teams, building quick POCs, iterating on feedback, and supporting production deployment.
