Description

  • Engage daily with clients to build relationships and provide tailored support.
  • Own client projects from scoping through expert search, recruitment, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders to present GLG’s full product suite.
  • Help maximize commercial outcomes, grow revenue, and retain existing accounts.
  • Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
  • Work closely with leading professionals and experts to match client needs with the right insight.
  • Develop strong project management, client service, communication, negotiation, and account management capabilities.
  • Potentially manage and lead future Associates after strong individual performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Receptive to close coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Hustle and tenacity to go above and beyond to delight clients.
  • Appreciation for data and comfort understanding numbers.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays, based on client needs.
  • Spanish speaking ability is required.
