Description

  • Lead end-to-end design for security policy configuration, compliance reporting, and SDLC governance experiences.
  • Translate complex security and compliance requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and security experts to define scope, priorities, and enforcement logic.
  • Design workflows that integrate with vulnerability management, application security scanners, remediation, CI/CD, merge requests, and deployment gates.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to communicate solution direction.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high craft and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the Pajamas design system by identifying reusable patterns and proposing new components.
  • Conduct usability studies, competitor evaluations, and formative research to validate design decisions.
  • Document design decisions and present rationale to stakeholders to build alignment.
  • Break down designs to fit release cadence, review merge requests with user-facing changes, and help mitigate deferred UX risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-grade security, compliance, or DevSecOps products.
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work from problem framing through shipped solutions.
  • Experience designing holistic workflows and translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-centered experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple product teams and stakeholders.
  • Systems thinking and experience contributing to or working with design systems.
  • Experience conducting research and deciding when and how to validate design decisions.
  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to balance system consistency and custom solutions.
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Experience with security policy, compliance, or governance workflows is preferred.
