Description

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with division chiefs, program managers, technical leaders, and partners.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and systems integrators to assess current capabilities, requirements, and business outcomes.
  • Design and position outcome-oriented professional services proposals aligned to customer success metrics and objectives.
  • Structure commercial proposals, custom-scoped statements of work, staffing plans, and implementation roadmaps for complex engagements.
  • Guide customers through scope, pricing, commercial terms, procurement processes, and contracting structures.
  • Manage project-level and account-level escalations and help resolve issues quickly.
  • Facilitate solutioning sessions, executive requirements gathering, and enterprise strategy discussions.
  • Own the engagement lifecycle from initial discovery and pre-sales through scoping, delivery transition, and outcome alignment.
  • Partner with sales, solutions architecture, delivery, and engagement leadership on deal strategy, risk management, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Train internal field teams and share customer insights to improve go-to-market content and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive experience structuring, scoping, and selling professional services engagements in the region.
  • Proven pre-sales experience conducting discovery, designing proposals, and developing custom SOWs and staffing plans for large, complex implementation projects.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to mission objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, including division chiefs, program managers, contracting stakeholders, and technical leaders.
  • Highly developed facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, solutions architecture, delivery, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote setting while managing multiple complex opportunities.
  • Experience articulating services value propositions in the context of federal requirements and compliance frameworks is preferred.
