Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing mid-market customers.
  • Manage a book of roughly 15 commercial named accounts.
  • Lead pre-sales and post-sales account activities and provide account direction.
  • Document buying criteria, buying process, next steps, and owners for accounts.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy based on evidence.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for wins and losses.
  • Share lessons learned with account managers, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Help improve and document the sales handbook.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas to the public issue tracker.
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales management to manage opportunities and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Swedish or Danish language skills are required.
  • Must be based remotely in Sweden or Denmark.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in software sales.
  • Interest in GitLab and open source software.
  • Ability to use established relationships and proven sales techniques to succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred experience with Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management.
  • Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company travel policy.
