Description

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Execute strategies designed to drive sales and improve brand performance.
  • Coordinate with PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management teams to implement client plans.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands.
  • Balance relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring client strategies to life.
  • Participate in internal husks to learn from senior leaders and contribute to team development.
  • Support a culture of continuous growth and learning across the team.
  • Take part in weekly upskilling sessions and mentor or support broader team development, where applicable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing teams across different functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in task management, reporting, and workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
