Description

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts and serve as a trusted client partner.
  • Execute strategies that drive sales and improve brand performance across Amazon brands.
  • Coordinate with PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management teams to bring client strategies to life.
  • Balance relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization across multiple accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high standards for client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support client outcomes and team development.
  • Participate in internal husks to learn from senior leaders and collaborate with peers.
  • Support ongoing team learning and development through weekly upskilling sessions, when applicable.
  • Help foster a culture of continuous growth, learning, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including prior experience managing teams across different functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in task management, reporting, and workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environments is preferred.
