Description

  • Design, develop, debug, test, document, release, and support platform capabilities end to end.
  • Author technical designs and architectural artifacts, and review peer designs.
  • Develop, version, and document reusable GitHub Actions, composite actions, and infrastructure-as-code modules.
  • Build and operate MCP servers using stdio and remote/HTTP transports, including tool schemas and authentication.
  • Extend the internal agent platform, SDK, APIs, and local-model routing capabilities.
  • Modify and troubleshoot unfamiliar codebases, including Java and Maven projects.
  • Resolve defects and blockers, and create automated tests and system test specifications.
  • Instrument developer tooling to measure adoption and support delivery-metrics pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, estimation, architectural spikes, and project execution.
  • Facilitate AI automation sessions, workshops, onboarding, and technical enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • 3–5 years of software development experience.
  • Experience building internal tools used by other engineers and evaluating tool adoption.
  • Daily experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Experience creating reusable GitHub Actions, composite actions, or shared CI workflows.
  • Experience authoring infrastructure as code.
  • Technical writing experience, including design documents, ADRs, runbooks, or engineering documentation.
  • Ability to teach live and unscripted, facilitate remote and in-person sessions, and travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple overlapping projects.
  • Experience with MCP servers, AWS, local/open-weight inference, developer metrics, or healthcare supply chain systems is preferred.
