Description

  • Own SEO and AI Search initiatives end to end.
  • Improve technical SEO across site structure, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and content discoverability.
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered platforms.
  • Define hypotheses, run experiments, and build reporting that explains what is working, why, and what to do next.
  • Monitor AI search trends such as GEO, AI Overviews, and answer engines, and apply new approaches in practice.
  • Manage citations and listings for accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Build AI-powered workflows for content research, optimization, production, reporting, and SEO automation.
  • Run SEO audits, monitor algorithm changes, and continuously optimize the approach.
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, Analytics, and external partners to strengthen organic presence on and off the website.
  • Create original, data-driven content that serves as a trusted source for users and AI models.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
  • Solid understanding of AI Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, or GEO/AEO.
  • Ability to turn data into business-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tooling, scripts, no-code tools, or prompting to automate workflows, generate content, or improve SEO processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO is preferred.
  • Experience with AI agents or workflow automation is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, or content-led growth is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Polish are preferred.

  • 12,000–15,000 PLN gross monthly on an employment contract.
  • 572–715 PLN net per man-day on a B2B contract.
