Description

  • Define and execute product strategy for foundational platform products with a focus on performance and long-term scalability.
  • Lead the product’s evolution toward an omnichannel model and ensure backend architecture supports cross-channel experiences.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that balances business growth, market trends, and technical stability.
  • Translate market research and product analytics into actionable insights and development priorities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs with the product direction.
  • Lead product discovery for new initiatives and validate feasibility with cross-functional stakeholders before development.
  • Manage trade-offs between business requirements, technical constraints, and implementation costs.
  • Translate complex business logic into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing the highest-value work.
  • Coordinate release plans, sprint/product reviews, documentation, and communication of project status, risks, and milestones.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on complex platform products or data-heavy systems.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience developing or managing omnichannel solutions.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools such as LLMs, automated analysis, and prototyping tools to support product management work.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical constraints in business terms and vice versa.
  • Strong proficiency in agile product management methodologies and prioritization of high-complexity projects.
  • Experience managing technical debt.
  • Full proficiency in Polish, at native or close-to-native level.
  • Fluency in English at B2/C1 level.
  • Nice to have: experience optimizing performance and scalability in high-load systems.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data modeling, security standards, and large-scale data transformations.
  • Nice to have: understanding of QA automation, monitoring tools, and backend reliability principles.
  • Nice to have: experience implementing AI-driven product features such as predictive analytics or automated data processing.

  • Salary of 15,000–19,000 PLN gross monthly on an employment contract.
  • Salary of 715–905 PLN net per day on a B2B contract.
