Description

  • Support partners, customers, sales representatives, and internal teams through phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Geotab products, the MyGeotab platform, and partner products.
  • Provide technical expertise on database setup, user management, rules and reporting, device errors, network communications, portal navigation, and product implementation.
  • Coordinate the return and exchange process for Geotab devices and accessories with internal departments.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, installation, and software-related issues.
  • Manage, develop, and deliver product service training to resellers and customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate severe issues to management when needed.
  • Preserve the confidentiality and security of customer data and information.
  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • 1–3 years of technical experience troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Specialization in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in both languages.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and reports.
  • Technical competence with Google Suite for business.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operation, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
