Description

  • Manage financial records and maintain accurate, confidential accounting documentation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and perform reconciliations.
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and related financial tasks.
  • Help maintain compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards.
  • Improve financial processes and contribute to stronger overall financial controls.
  • Prepare and present financial information to management as needed.
  • Work with the on-site team to coordinate accounting activities and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and other financial systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the on-site team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
