Description

  • Support the setup and development of the company’s insurance operations team.
  • Use the EZLynx platform for quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tasks.
  • Train and demonstrate EZLynx features to management and team members.
  • Handle client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking workflows.
  • Communicate insurance processes clearly to support efficient team operations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining accuracy and detail.
  • Deliver excellent service through organized and adaptable day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform.
  • Experience with quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools in EZLynx.
  • Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly to management and staff.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including onboarding, renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a remote setup.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
