Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting towing and roadside assistance.
  • Coordinate prompt and efficient service responses to customer needs.
  • Communicate with customers clearly and professionally throughout the dispatch process.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while working under pressure.
  • Use web-based tools, VoIP systems, and computer systems to support dispatch operations.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Proficiency with computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Functioning PC or laptop with an updated operating system and headset.
