Description

  • Lead front-end and back-end development across company websites and platforms.
  • Ensure websites are high-performing, responsive, and optimized for search engines.
  • Manage development timelines, updates, bug fixes, and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on landing pages, content updates, and CRO testing.
  • Work with developers, marketing, and operations to support website changes and new rollouts.
  • Maintain website security, backups, and proper codebase management.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to site architecture and development tools.
  • Oversee new feature launches across multiple brands and digital products.

Requirements

  • A portfolio is required to apply.
  • 5+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Strong experience with WordPress and/or Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Tag Manager, and analytics setup.
  • Experience with version control using Git.
  • Experience with hosting environments such as cPanel and Cloudflare.
  • Experience with web performance tools such as PageSpeed Insights.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills with attention to deadlines.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, or CRMs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools such as Hotjar, VWO, or A/B testing platforms is preferred.
  • UI/UX collaboration experience or familiarity with design systems is preferred.
