Description

  • Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands within Otte Polo Group.
  • Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support.
  • Identify performance gaps and build corrective action plans.
  • Set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits covering site health, indexing, schema, and performance.
  • Review and optimize WordPress pages for on-page structure and UX alignment.
  • Improve internal linking architecture and optimize high-intent service pages for conversions.
  • Implement structured data and schema markup.
  • Oversee backlink strategy and authority building.
  • Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality, and adjust strategy quickly when needed.
  • Align SEO efforts with paid media and partnerships to maximize impact.
  • Present performance reports tied to revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience executing SEO in a growth-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI.
  • Strong WordPress experience, including page builders, plugins, and technical structure.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword intent strategy, link-building strategies, and conversion optimization alignment.
  • Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members.
  • Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and/or Semrush.
  • Ability to scale SEO from scratch or revive underperforming channels is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while also executing tactically.
  • Ability to think in terms of investment versus return.
  • Strong business understanding beyond rankings is preferred.
