Description

  • Confirm job details with customers and match each request to the appropriate technician based on availability, location, and skillset.
  • Communicate job information to technicians by phone, chat, or email and follow up repeatedly until assignments are confirmed.
  • Monitor open jobs in real time and track them through completion.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers and technicians in a clear, professional manner.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet daily and weekly assignment targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Document all relevant communication in the CRM to maintain visibility across teams.
  • Use strong negotiation and persuasion to address objections and secure technician commitment.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs with consistent follow-up.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and comfort using dispatch and CRM systems.
  • Confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Results-driven and ambitious toward meeting targets.
  • Quick problem-solving skills for unexpected scheduling or coordination issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Laptop or desktop computer required; Windows 10/11 only, as Mac is not compatible.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM, with 16 GB recommended for optimal performance.
  • Modern processor such as Intel i5 or equivalent, or better.
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
  • SSD with at least 250 GB storage.
