Description

  • Own the Core group’s product strategy by diagnosing the problem space, setting priorities, and making clear trade-offs.
  • Shape how multiple product areas come together into a seamless user experience from planning changes through deployment.
  • Own the commercial success of the group’s products, including positioning, route to market, adoption, and activation.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive customer value and market performance.
  • Partner with the VP Product, CPO, other Group Product Managers, and engineering leadership to align strategy and execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers and help them connect their work to broader strategy.
  • Refine the scope and identity of the Core group so the team has a clear direction and bigger-picture narrative.
  • Drive regular shipping, learning, and cross-functional action to support the group’s goals.
  • Monitor how the group contributes to overall business performance and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Support the use of AI to rethink workflows and unlock previously intractable problems.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a Group Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational dynamics across multiple product areas.
  • Track record of taking new products to market and creating coherence across a product portfolio.
  • Ability to conduct deep strategy diagnosis and define a crisp, focused strategy.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success on commercial strategy and market narrative.
  • Strong product sense and genuine empathy for users.
  • JTBD-based product thinking and an ability to understand user problems deeply.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that make complex ideas simple and actionable.
  • Experience managing teams of 2-4 people and coaching through questions rather than directives.
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
  • Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing (preferred).
  • Experience helping scale a product function by forming a new group (preferred).
  • Some software engineering experience, even if limited (preferred).
