Description

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build a quality-focused culture and improve QA processes.
  • Plan and execute QA strategies using manual and automated test cases aligned with the software testing pyramid.
  • Lead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects using exploratory and regression testing techniques.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to identify product quality issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and contribute to QA OKRs and lead initiatives that improve processes and reduce bugs.
  • Drive quality activities across the product lifecycle to ensure robust testing at every stage.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes.
  • Mentor team members and support the adoption of QA best practices.
  • Use advanced testing techniques to help deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Expertise in agile testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience testing mobile applications and backend services.
  • Proficiency in automation testing for mobile and API platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and manage test plans, strategies, and processes.
  • Proficiency in QA metrics tracking and reporting to drive team performance.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with shift-left testing and proactive quality improvement techniques is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira, DataDog, Firebase, GitHub, and other tech tools is preferred.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or higher is preferred.
