Description

  • Develop matching logic, high-precision risk control, and high-speed distribution paths for the core trading engine.
  • Build and improve end-to-end observability, including metrics, monitoring, and early detection of performance degradation.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the existing architecture and drive targeted system refactoring and logic optimization.
  • Optimize memory layout, reduce context switching, and improve single-node throughput and latency.
  • Write high-quality code that is suitable for rigorous code review and long-term maintenance.
  • Produce clear technical design documents to support implementation and system understanding.

Requirements

  • Experience building high-performance, high-concurrency systems at a large technology company, financial institution, crypto exchange, or infrastructure provider.
  • Background in high-frequency trading systems, such as market making, derivatives exchanges, or clearing systems, is preferred.
  • Experience with matching engines, high-concurrency optimization, or low-latency infrastructure is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of low-latency system design and trade-offs, including when to use lock-free queues or read locks.
  • Ability to optimize lower-level performance details, including assembly-level tuning or kernel parameter adjustments when needed.
  • Strong engineering discipline with high standards for code quality and technical documentation.
  • Highly self-driven, with strong sensitivity to data and system metrics.
  • Ability to anticipate technical risks proactively rather than waiting to react to bugs.
