Description

  • Assist with end-to-end event execution, from requirements gathering and solution implementation to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage event materials and coordinate with vendors on pricing, contracts, orders, and timely delivery of event resources.
  • Support event budgeting, expense tracking, invoice processing, reimbursements, and cost reconciliation.
  • Provide on-site support for registration, guest and speaker reception, crowd flow, crowd control, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to create event registration pages, poster copy, and social media assets.
  • Publish event-related information and support event promotion across relevant channels.
  • Collect registration, attendance, and feedback data after events.
  • Prepare post-event summaries and propose actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate venue setup, construction, catering, photography, and videography logistics.
  • Ensure events are delivered safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience at an event planning agency, event production company, or PR firm; internship experience counts.
  • Experience organizing events for exchanges or L1/L2 platforms such as SUI or Solana is ideal.
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced event cycle.
  • Willingness to travel, work overtime, or support weekend events as needed.
  • Non-Mainland candidates may have an easier time handling travel visa arrangements.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Basic design skills, such as using Canva, are a plus.
  • Video editing ability is a plus.
