Description

  • Participate in core system architecture design and support system optimization under senior architect guidance.
  • Assist with key technical decisions and backend architecture improvements to enhance maintainability and runtime efficiency.
  • Participate in database architecture design and optimization, including improving SQL query performance and index usage.
  • Support performance tuning for high-concurrency and high-throughput scenarios using microservices, caching, and message queues.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and data teams to align technology with business needs.
  • Provide technical support for digital currency trading, wealth management, and related business modules.
  • Ensure developed modules comply with security and regulatory requirements to protect trading and user data.
  • Contribute to resolving technical issues and improving system stability and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, including 1–2 years of architecture support or technical team management experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Golang, PHP, or Java.
  • Experience with large-scale data, high-concurrency, or distributed systems projects.
  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL tuning and index optimization.
  • Familiarity with Nginx, Redis, MySQL, and Kafka, including basic configuration and tuning.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RPC frameworks, and containerized deployment with Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working across departments.
  • Experience in internet or financial industry projects is preferred.
