Description

  • Build backend business systems centered on large language models with “thinking, tool-calling, and execution” capabilities.
  • Translate product requirements and reasoning chains into stable, scalable agentic workflows.
  • Orchestrate and productionize AI agents, including model calls, tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, state management, and exception handling.
  • Develop core modules for model integration, inference services, RAG, and data processing.
  • Optimize AI systems for high-concurrency, high-reliability scenarios through streaming responses, asynchronous scheduling, caching, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with product, frontend, algorithm, and platform teams to improve delivery quality and R&D efficiency.
  • Independently drive module-level solutions from problem definition through implementation in complex scenarios.
  • Support the large-scale application of AI capabilities in real business use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend or AI-related development experience.
  • Strong engineering foundations and system design ability.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including Agent, RAG, tool-calling, or AI Infra projects.
  • Experience with agent orchestration and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
  • Ability to handle model output uncertainty, tool-calling failures, and other complex edge cases.
  • Strong backend performance optimization skills for streaming, asynchronous task scheduling, multi-level caching, and resource cost control.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream backend language such as Go, Java, or Python.
  • Good code quality and engineering mindset.
  • Strong interest in AI technology and the ability to iterate quickly in uncertain environments.
  • Preferred experience in high-concurrency or high-reliability system scenarios.
