Description

  • Support and manage the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Drive end-to-end transaction processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Tech to assess transactions comprehensively.
  • Evaluate new opportunities and oversee existing strategic investments by monitoring performance, preparing updates, and making recommendations to leadership.
  • Contribute to post-acquisition integration efforts by tracking milestones, synergies, and capital allocation performance.
  • Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics across digital assets and data center ecosystems.
  • Prepare executive- and board-level materials for proposed transactions and strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy/corporate development.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, business case development, and strategic analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Passion for digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy.
  • Experience or exposure to digital assets, crypto markets, or data center infrastructure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with best-practice frameworks from top-tier consulting or business school curricula (preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (preferred).
  • High intellectual curiosity, integrity, and collaborative spirit (preferred).
