Description

  • Participate in secure software design and code reviews for applications, software, and operational components.
  • Assist with the development and review of security test plans to ensure effective coverage.
  • Help engineering teams assess and mitigate security findings by evaluating impact, proposing solutions, and guiding implementation.
  • Provide expertise on cloud application and infrastructure security design patterns.
  • Train teams and provide thought leadership on secure software development practices.
  • Review and improve authentication, authorization, data access, and other security layers in the product stack.
  • Research advanced security patterns with product team members, including MPC, multi-signature, and confidential computing.
  • Participate in assessments of advanced trading systems and blockchain architectures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate diploma in cybersecurity or technology.
  • 5 years of work experience in product security, application security, cloud security, or software development of security features.
  • Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and controls review.
  • Programming experience in one or more languages.
  • Experience managing SAST, DAST, and SCA, and helping engineers understand vulnerabilities and mitigation options.
  • In-depth understanding of at least a few of the following: authentication and authorization technology, TLS and PKI, network security, cloud security, and system security.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-driven approach.
  • Security or cloud certifications.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency (bonus point).
