Description

  • Manage and optimise daily paid media campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms as needed.
  • Monitor campaign budgets daily to maintain pacing and efficiency.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis on campaign results and performance trends.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Share insights and best practices with the wider team.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and performance improvements.
  • Stay open to learning and supporting new platforms such as TikTok Ads.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to campaign execution.
  • Clear communicator who is dependable, self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to changes in campaign performance.
  • At least 1 year of agency-side experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms (preferred).
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and presenting insights (preferred).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console (preferred).
  • Must have the right to work in the Philippines and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
