Health Care Providers & Services

Description

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming medical supplies and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to order requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Track stock levels and update inventory records in real time using inventory management systems.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks safely.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment and inventory issues.
  • Support additional warehouse tasks and operations as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting fulfillment for healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply chains preferred.
