Description

  • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications for execution.
  • Build and iterate on the product using modern tools and frontier models.
  • Design agentic systems with a focus on simplicity, maintainability, and practical leverage.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and shape the product around real workflows.
  • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the timing is right.
  • Help establish the company’s culture and technical foundation.
  • Focus on proving traction before scaling the product and team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and letting real workflows shape what gets built.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to commit full-time and exclusively to building a single venture from the ground up.
  • Founder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building independently.
