Description

  • Own the technical direction from day one, including problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, context, and specifications that humans and AI systems can execute against.
  • Build hands-on using modern tools and frontier models to move quickly while maintaining quality and maintainability.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and use workflow insight to shape the product.
  • Design and build agentic systems with first-principles thinking, balancing orchestration complexity against simplicity.
  • Validate that the product is worth scaling before focusing on team growth or broader expansion.
  • Recruit and grow a technical team when the timing is right.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts, including investor conversations and due diligence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users, not just prototypes or research demos.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity, focus, and maintainability.
  • Ability to rigorously build verification and feedback loops, including evaluation systems that create trust.
  • Experience translating messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and executable specs.
  • Comfort and effectiveness in customer conversations, with strong understanding of real workflows.
  • Founder mindset with comfort in ambiguity, independence, and full-time commitment.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
