Description

  • Own the technical direction from day one, including problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, context, and specifications for humans and AI systems.
  • Build hands-on with modern tools and frontier models to move quickly while maintaining quality and maintainability.
  • Lead early customer conversations as the primary technical voice to understand workflows and shape the right product.
  • Design and build agentic systems using first-principles thinking and choose the right level of orchestration for the problem.
  • Focus first on proving traction and product value before scaling the team or system.
  • Recruit and grow a technical team when the timing is right.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts, including investor conversations and due diligence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Experience turning AI capability into products that users adopted, trusted, and found valuable.
  • Strong technical and product judgment with a bias toward simple, focused, and maintainable systems.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Ability to take messy product intent and convert it into clear structure, constraints, and specs.
  • Comfort working closely with customers and using real workflows to shape the product.
  • Strong system design instincts and rigorous verification practices, including feedback loops and evaluation.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Founder mindset with comfort in ambiguity, high ownership, and full-time commitment.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
