Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including refining the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation from inception.
  • Work as the CEO in a true co-creation model alongside the studio team.

Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes, administrative denials, and the workflows behind claim disputes.
  • Familiarity with fragmented billing systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity.
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
