Description

  • Refine the target customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer discovery and pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders.
  • Convert pilot customers into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company's cultural foundation and operating cadence.
  • Set the venture's overall direction and own execution as CEO.

Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes, administrative denials, and the fragmented healthcare billing software landscape.
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Experience with systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, or Availity is preferred.
