Description

  • Define the venture strategy, including the initial ICP wedge, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Expand the customer base from internal design partners to external users such as creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention and willingness to pay while building the go-to-market motion through creator-led distribution.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Help improve extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft usefulness across the product experience.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team and establish the company culture.
  • Operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional studio team.
  • Guide the venture from early product and feedback loops through execution and growth.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to the creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining founder-market fit and motivation.
