Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, direction, and execution as co-founder and CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilots with CPA firm leaders and BPO operators, convert pilots into paid engagements, and build a referral-driven go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to launch V1 and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team while establishing the company’s culture.
  • Work closely with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture-building team as a true co-creation partner.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including consultative and relationship-driven sales.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in close processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and client accounting services within CPA firms.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Experience working with small-to-mid CPA firms, managing partners, CAS leads, or outsourced accounting/BPO operators is preferred.
  • Ability to apply founder-level leadership across strategy, customer development, product, capital, and team-building is expected.
  • Strong LinkedIn profile, resume, and a brief founder note are required for application.
