Description

  • Run daily treasury operations for the prediction markets platform in alignment with CFTC and National Futures Association requirements.
  • Prepare and review customer funds segregation and secured amount calculations, including the daily Segregated Investment Detail Report (SIDR) and related regulatory filings.
  • Reconcile bank, custodial, and clearing accounts and resolve discrepancies in collateral, restricted cash, and margin balances before deadlines.
  • Own daily cash positioning and outbound payments, including wires, customer withdrawals, and margin funding to exchanges and clearinghouses.
  • Maintain strong treasury controls and documentation, including segregation of duties, evidence retention, and audit-ready workpapers.
  • Partner with Compliance, Accounting, Risk, and Operations on regulatory reporting, exams, and treasury process improvements.
  • Support automation initiatives by validating outputs, monitoring exceptions, and strengthening operational controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, regulatory finance, or cash management, ideally at a regulated firm such as an FCM, broker-dealer, clearing firm, or bank.
  • Hands-on experience with customer funds segregation calculations and SIDR reporting.
  • Working knowledge of CFTC regulations and National Futures Association requirements.
  • Proven experience with reconciliations, cash positioning, and payment processing under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
  • Comfort operating within rigorous internal control frameworks and under regulatory scrutiny.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, FIS Integrity, Claude AI, or WinJammer is preferred.
  • Exposure to prediction markets, event-contract products, or other CFTC-regulated derivatives is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
  • Bonus eligibility in addition to base pay.
