Description

  • Build and improve landing pages, checkout, plan selection, signup, and conversion flows.
  • Simplify account access, onboarding, and first-session activation for new members.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across the growth funnel.
  • Implement end-to-end features across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and core product integrations.
  • Instrument funnels, cohorts, and activation milestones to identify opportunities and explain experiment outcomes.
  • Maintain fast, stable, observable, and reliable conversion-critical user journeys.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing to turn growth hypotheses into shipped product improvements.
  • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and review while validating their output.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of consumer growth, acquisition, activation, or conversion surfaces.
  • Strong full-stack experience across modern web frontends and backend services.
  • Production experience running A/B tests, instrumenting funnels, and iterating based on measured outcomes.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, drop-off analysis, activation, and retention metrics.
  • Ability to debug across web UI, networking, backend services, analytics pipelines, and CI.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to take ambiguous growth problems from hypothesis to shipped learning.
  • Clear, maintainable coding practices with attention to experiment integrity, observability, and operability.
  • Experience using and validating AI coding tools.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping people build lasting habits.
  • Preferred: experience with subscription, marketplace, membership, health, fitness, coaching, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle messaging, referral loops, experimentation platforms, feature flags, analytics instrumentation, HIPAA, or expert-facing tools.
