Description

  • Partner with product managers, UX teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define content requirements and strategies.
  • Shape content for UX flows, subscription plans and pricing, marketing entry points, and other product experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure content and design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop clear, consistent nomenclature for tools and applications.
  • Ensure product messaging meets brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate new and existing product usability and incorporate user research when appropriate.
  • Manage writing projects end to end, including milestones, reviews, and multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Contribute to a BOLD-wide writing style guide for consistency across products.
  • Communicate content decisions and direction to product teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in UX, technical, or marketing writing, preferably for a high-traffic consumer website.
  • Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating user-centered copy and content solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
  • Interest in product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams on similar product flows and experiences (preferred).
  • Knowledge of in-product A/B testing and experimentation (preferred).
  • Experience participating in user research, testing, and insight generation (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely from an eligible U.S. state or territory.
