Description

  • Write educational articles, product guides, explainers, tutorials, FAQs, and how-to content about Bybit products, crypto markets, trading, blockchain, and Web3.
  • Script, present, and host short- and long-form educational videos, including walkthroughs, demonstrations, and explainer series.
  • Collaborate with product, business, Learn, compliance, SEO, localization, design, and channel teams on launches, listings, and platform updates.
  • Translate complex technical and financial information into clear, practical content for beginner, intermediate, and experienced users.
  • Create and adapt lesson content, scripts, quizzes, and supporting materials aligned with learning objectives.
  • Own content deliverables from brief through review, approval, publication, and distribution.
  • Repurpose long-form materials into videos, clips, posts, guides, and social assets.
  • Track content performance, conduct quality checks, and identify outdated, duplicated, or underperforming materials.
  • Use AI tools for research, scripting, localization, repurposing, voiceovers, animations, and product explainers while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing educational or explainer content in crypto, blockchain, trading, or Web3.
  • Portfolio of published articles, guides, educational content, and on-camera video work.
  • Hands-on experience scripting, presenting, and hosting educational videos.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, scripting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading products, and the wider Web3 ecosystem.
  • Ability to explain complex financial and technical topics in simple, engaging language for retail or beginner audiences.
  • Ability to independently manage content from concept through publication and video from concept through presentation.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple deadlines and escalating risks or dependencies early.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving product and market environment.
  • Preferred: video editing, course development, crypto or financial-platform experience, an established Web3 audience, AI content tools, SEO, analytics, localization, or knowledge of financial markets and traditional finance.
