Description

  • Drive end-to-end product design from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions in partnership with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
  • Own a specific product domain within a cross-functional squad while contributing to the broader platform experience.
  • Use data, testing, and user behavior insights to inform hypotheses and design decisions.
  • Improve consistency across checkout, portals, widgets, admin tools, and internal applications.
  • Design intuitive and inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Work with AI as a core part of the daily workflow and apply it meaningfully to design problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with UX Research and Analytics to validate decisions and measure product impact.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and edge cases in complex product flows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products with case studies showing problem-solving, complex flow design, and measurable impact.
  • Solid understanding of research and data fundamentals, including asking the right questions and tracking the right metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams and negotiate trade-offs without compromising user experience.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English for communication across a distributed team.
  • Already using AI meaningfully in your work and comfortable incorporating it into day-to-day workflows.
  • Experience designing payment flows, checkouts, or FinTech products with a focus on conversion rate optimization is a strong plus.
  • Advanced prototyping and motion design skills are a strong plus.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and React is a strong plus.
  • Background in nonprofit tech or personal passion for NGO impact is a strong plus.
