Description

  • Drive end-to-end product design from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions in partnership with product, engineering, and analytics.
  • Own a specific product domain within a cross-functional squad while influencing the broader platform.
  • Collaborate with UX Research and Analytics to form hypotheses, run tests, and translate user behavior into actionable insights.
  • Evolve consistency across portals, widgets, admin tools, and internal apps while managing technical dependencies.
  • Design intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Use AI actively in daily workflow and identify opportunities where it can improve design work and problem solving.
  • Balance user needs with business goals, technical constraints, and edge cases across complex B2B and B2C experiences.
  • Support decision-making with a systems-thinking approach across a large-scale product ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products showing business problem solving, complex flow design, and measurable design impact, with case studies of your process.
  • Fundamentals of research and data analysis, including asking the right questions, tracking relevant metrics, and validating decisions with data.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product while negotiating trade-offs without sacrificing user experience.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency to communicate effectively across a distributed team.
  • Fluent Russian language skills.
  • Experience designing payment flows, checkouts, or FinTech products with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
  • Advanced prototyping and motion design skills to create micro-interactions.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and React.
  • Background in nonprofit tech or strong personal passion for NGO impact.
