Description

  • Own end-to-end product design for a specific domain within a cross-functional squad.
  • Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and analysts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
  • Use data, hypotheses, testing, and user behavior insights to inform design decisions.
  • Drive consistency across portals, widgets, admin tools, and other parts of the product ecosystem.
  • Navigate complex technical dependencies while designing for a large-scale platform.
  • Design intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with UX Research and Analytics teams to validate decisions and measure impact.
  • Actively use AI in daily workflows and apply it where it improves problem solving and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products that demonstrates business problem-solving, complex flow design, and measurable impact, including case studies.
  • Solid understanding of research and analytics fundamentals, including asking the right questions and tracking the right metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate across product and engineering, including negotiating trade-offs without sacrificing user experience.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
  • Fluent Russian language skills.
  • Experience designing payment flows, checkouts, or FinTech products with a focus on conversion rate optimization is a strong plus.
  • Advanced prototyping and motion design skills are a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and React is a strong plus.
  • Background in nonprofit tech or a strong personal passion for NGO impact is a strong plus.
